CHECK LIST

Check List For First Project From Electrical Contractor

• Copy of Electrical Contractor’s Public Liability Insurance.
• Photo of Electrical Contractor’s Current Electrical Licence.
• Signed Agreement with Electrical Contractor.

Check List For All Projects

• Invoice for project from Electrical Contractor or Electrical Wholesaler to client.
• Confirming of this invoice been paid by the client.
• Phone number and email for Client
• Signature of client confirming that the project is completed and aware of rebates, this can be collected at the time of the site assessment.

Requirement From Electrical Contractor

• Hold on to all “LAMPS & TUBES” and remove from fittings for recycling done by EES.
• Hold on to ONE of each type of fittings been removed from project for photos (e.g., 1 x 36w, 2 x 36w, 2 x18w, High Bay) all other to be disposed of by contractor. (A􀅌fter site assessment disposable of fittings to be done by contractor).
